Church Dartball League Championship Series Report - 1995/1996 The Atonement Rebels of the Midwest League defeated the Atonement Renegades of the National League to win this year's league championship taking 4 straight games in the best-of-seven series with scores of 9-5, 10-6, 9-2 and 4-1. Outstanding players in the series include Duane Ottow of the Atonement Rebels (13 hits, 0.541 series batting average, 7 runs batted in); Kevin Timmcke of the Atonement Renegades (9 hits, 0.360 series batting average, 7 runs batted in) and Bob Timmcke of the Atonement Renegades (10 hits, 0.370 series batting average). The annual Church Dartball League banquet will be held on Tuesday, April 8 th at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hope United Methodist Church. Award presentations and the annual business meeting will follow the dinner. All churches in the Beloit area are invited to join the league, which begins in September and runs through March.
